Our Intensive Screenwriting Program is designed for aspiring writers who want to break into the world of film and television with confidence and creative skill. This immersive course provides a solid foundation in the art, craft, and business of screenwriting, guiding students through every stage of the writing process.
From the very beginning, students learn how to generate compelling ideas, develop strong loglines, craft detailed treatments, build engaging characters, and structure captivating stories. With dedicated focus on dialogue, pacing, visual storytelling, and industry-standard formatting, participants gain the essential skills needed to transform concepts into screen-ready scripts.
During the first three weeks, students follow a rigorous blend of interactive lectures, writing exercises, and hands-on practice. By the end of this phase, each student will have developed three well-crafted loglines, synopses, story concepts, treatments, and short screenplay outlines.
The second half of the program—a four-week intensive on-set and writers’ room experience—takes learning to the next level. Here, students step into the real world of professional screenwriting, applying their knowledge to create a complete short film screenplay. From idea development to the final draft, they learn by doing, working in an environment that mirrors industry workflow and expectations.
